While I'd like to agree 100% ...

... I really can't.

I agree, IBM is probably better than anyone in backward-compatibility; but, there are a number of 'small' things that 'change' from one Notes version to another, often undocumented, that can be, well, challenging at best.

I guess what I'm thinking is, that if I'm using an un-supported workaround, it'll just be more difficult to fix/change/update (whatever) in the future when things are 'live' - easier to change now!
